What is Inclusive Energy Access and how can it improve outcomes in your humanitarian sector? What actionable steps can you take to ensure that the energy needs of women, men, boys, and girls are not forgotten in your work? Inclusive Energy Access 101 is a four-week course, for all humanitarian practitioners, that introduces the core concepts of energy and inclusion, and equips learners with tools to address energy needs across the humanitarian world.
Inclusive Energy 101 is split into four modules.
Module 1: Core Concepts of Inclusive Energy Access
Module 2: Inclusive Energy Assessments
Module 3: Inclusive Program Design
Module 4: Implementing Inclusive Energy Programs
This training was developed by Mercy Corps and the Women's Refugee Commission as part of the EEMRG program (Energy in Emergencies: Reducing Risks of Gender-based Violence), a two-year program funded by the U.S. Department of State’s Bureau of Population, Refugees and Migration.
