Barriers to Private Sector Engagement for Energy Access in Displacement Contexts
Join us for an interesting webinar on the recently launched report: Barriers to Private Sector Engagement for Energy Access in Fragile and Displacement Contexts. With around 430 million of the 655 million people without access to energy living in fragile, conflict- and violence-affected regions, the need to unlock private sector engagement is urgent. We’ll explore the key barriers businesses face, including affordability gaps, operating risks, limited access to finance and technical assistance, and weak enabling environments. We will discuss what is needed to build stronger, more sustainable energy markets, with country examples and perspectives from across the sector. Do you have questions in advance?
