How can we close the energy finance gap in humanitarian settings? 

Over 100 million forcibly displaced people live in contexts where access to clean, reliable energy is extremely limited. Traditional grant funding is too scarce to meet the massive scale of this challenge, yet private investors often view last-mile humanitarian projects as too risky or too small to fund.
